Still getting adjusted to using, but so far am liking the resulys.

The product didn't come exactly as described (colors, packaging) due to a supply shortage, but they apologized and offered to send corrections free of charge if I was at all dissatisfied.

I ordered the master pack over a month ago. After 2 weeks with no tracking info I emailed their customer services multiple times with no response. Finally, I received the package (with the wrong items) the day I demanded a refund. On that same day I finally received a response from customer services with a tracking info that said it was delivered. The same tracking info I had been requesting for weeks. Now, I have been involved in a revolving door of responses from their customer service reps trying to return the product for a refund. They refuse to tell me how to return the product to get my refund. They keep apologizing and asking me one question at a time: "Was the package open?" NO, how do i return the items? "Please send me a photo to prove the package was not open" Sent photos. No response. This is a scam. Reply: ORDER #179645 Reply2: Why did you change your initial response? Why are you responding with in hours to this review, but my emails go unanswered? WHY do I now all of a sudden have to cut these things in half? This is beyond ridiculous at this point. I want my money back! Reply3: Once again, you’ve not responded to my emails to your support@jawzercise. And, the replies I did get never mentioned cutting anything in half. How do you even suggest I do that?

This really got my hopes up for a nice jawline, it took 35 days before I got it. and when I finally got it I got to use it for a few days before my teeth went straight through. now I have spent 50$ on a piece of plastic
