I still think it may be a great product, but I haven't used it yet. I have tried to contact someone to see if I can get a smaller size, but can't seem to get anyone to respond.

Honestly, not worth the money and the damage in the jaw and teeth. Really, was a waste in my opinion. You want to tone up your jaw line simply just work out and slowly but surely your face will start to slim down. You are literally biting down on a hard silicone mouth peice that should not be put into your mouth to begin with. It's just a matter of time, you will hurt yourself. Just was not a fan, at all! Kudos to the ones that swear by it.
