3de Review on the same topic!! Still waiting for my shipping refund and my new replacement order to be shipped. Everytime I try to contact customer care via email or Instagram, they respont with exact same response. "will follow up in 24-48 hours with more information." This product is amazing however I recommend going for a higher level to start off with possibly. I am a 3 sport athlete and tried the starter and burned right through it in a month to where it wasn’t usable. I saw good results but felt it could be better if I do a higher resistance. Use this message before you purchase a starter one. You may want a higher resistance to start.🤙👍

I apologize that you did not receive this information, please check it should help:We recommend following the below training schedule with our products: Week 1: - Start with Beginner Level 1 or Level 2 and Perform 5-10 sets to 60% of max/failure every other day Week 2 - Add numbers of sets and increase the intensity Week 3-6 - Start with Advanced Level 3 or Level 4 - Perform 5-10 sets to 60% max/failure every other day - Super Set High Reps with Level 1 & Level 2 Week 6+ If you feel like your jaw can handle another level we recommend using Elite Level 4. We do not suggest using this product before 6weeks of warming up your facial muscles with our other 2 Levels.
