I enjoyed using it for couple weeks until it started to squeak when using it. Is there a solution to this so I can continue to use it. Please reply ASAP please

I have waited a couple of months to write this as I wanted to see how it worked for me. All I can say is WOW!! I did not relize how weak my jaw was until I used Jawzrsize. Also tightens up the face well to. I work out at the gym 5/6 days a week but never thought about my jaw / face { as it works both out at the same time } now I DO work my full body out. Easy and convenient to use so anyone with a face should get on it.

It really hurt my jaw after a few minutes of use. I thought that it was just exercise, but I had to ice my jaw. After talking to the medical care doctor, they told me that this can cause me to have TMJ. Don’t recommend getting this product. However, customer service is great and they help me since this product was bad for me.

The product is decent. You guys should at least put the item in a plastic sleeve. When I got mine it had black residue all over it from the foam in the box. The lanyard comes in plastic but not the item lol Also, I ordered one of those vacuumed up King size beds they ship to your house the same day I ordered this Jawzrsize. The bed got here 4 days before this tiny item. You could of put it in a USPS Priority Shipping bag for 7.99 and got it to me in 2 days. Instead, I had to pay like 6.98 and wait 12 days to get this tiny item. Funny business choice.

Hey Ben, Thank you for your feedback. I think the plastic sleeve is a great suggestion and will be sure to pass that along to the team that handles our manufacturing process. We are always looking for ways to improve our product and client experience and welcome constructive feedback from customers like yourself. We will also take the note regarding the shipping into account as well and are sorry to hear that you had to wait so long for your unit. Thank you again for your patience and feedback! Our team will reach out to you to further discuss and hopefully help turn the experience around. If there is anything else we can do to help improve your experience with the product and team please let us know and we’re happy to hear you out.
