It works, I can say that but not as intended. It only worked one side on my face causing severe asymmetry. Just do facial exercises and don't risk ruining your face!

The hurry up and wait game. Great marketing, not so great follow through on delivery of the product. I'm still waiting on my product. WEEKS LATER It shouldn't take this long to send someone from within the U.S. the product, you'd think it's coming from China or Istanbul. Probably... Wait for it... ADVICE: They should spend as much effort trying to get customers their product when it's sold as they do selling and marketing... Hey, there's a thought. They gave me some fluffer excuse that shipping was delayed... Okay whatever. I understand COVID-19 slowed down shipping (if shipping from another continent) but they should be transparent to customers BEFORE they buy, that lack of honesty made me give them 2 stars. I will drop down to one star next week if I don't have my product by then. Too much testosterone running the joint and not enough common sense. === *I do honest reviews about companies I worked with so hopefully it will help you avoid the walk of shame. My bar on "service" is based on quality, value and delivery. Call me ordinary for expecting this from any company I spend money with.

The Jawzrsize was delivered in a timely manner. The cord that holds it does not have an easy secure fastener. Instructions on how to exercise were not included, like how many times to use it and for how long. But I will figure it out.
