Took longer than the printed estimated time to arrive! Tried to get help and it was unsatisfactory. I felt and said I would stop payment. Maybe you should change the 5- 8 working days to deliver to 10-13. I do like the product so far! Felt it working right away.

Second attempt from June and I still didn’t receive a product....

Good product

The order was incorrect but when contacting the company they asked for evidence via photo of what was sent and have said they will send the missing pieces separately. Still yet to receive the missing pieces but communication was good.

I wish I could say. As of yet I haven't received the item yet!

Never received my item and the updated tracking I was given my the company still offers no information.

Even before this product I bought Jawzrsize,I was doing mouth exercises,friends would be tripping,but with this product much better and I can display it to my friends,give me time I just got it. Good Invention,my hats off to you. JC

Thank you for going out of your way to get me what I needed; I was having trouble navigating through the website and my order wouldn't go through for some reason, but your customer service took care of me; and of course, I love the product. I hope that everyone will realize that this product is the real deal when it comes to shaping the face muscles and give exercise in a way not possible previously. I would and will recommend to my friends.
