From the moment I bit down I realized that I'd never bitten anything as hard as I could if only because my teeth might break. There was a feeling of satisfaction and relief, almost like a massage or a stress ball for your mouth. I never knew how much I needed Jawzrsize until I actually used it.

I started to put an order BUT it would not let me click out of ordering the powder, I waited for the time to run out for special savings thinking the link to ignore the offer would become available....it still would not let me check out unless I ordered the powder...I NEVER PLACED AN ORDER BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT THE POWDER. I EXITED YOUR SITE then came back and decided I'd give it one more try and the link to bypass the powder was workable as it had not been on my first attempt so that is the one I ordered. I NEVER clicked 'place an order' on the first one. Some sites let you "Edit" your order before finalizing, but since i had not been to your site previously I did not want to take the chance of having to go back and forth trying to clear up a potential problem. Well, even though I did not finalize my order I immediately get 2 order confirmations. The only answer to that happening is when I entered my credit card information you captured it and just ordered it without an order being placed, which appears illegal. Now, even though I immediately tried to rectify the problem I am told I will have to return the item. I always make sure when I order something I want it because I am physically disabled and cannot go to a post office and have no idea how to return a package unless you have a return label on it and the cost of return is paid by your company. I certainly should not have to pay the cost of an Uber ride during a pandemic then pay for the shipping for a package I did not order. Order # 276148 + Order # 276142

Hi Mary, We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Actually both orders are already in transit, otherwise we would have cancelled one of them and refunded. However don't worry, you do not have to go to post office or pay for return shipping. Simply refuse to accept the second order when it arrives and let us know, we will issue full refund for the same. Got my order a week ago and I can already notice a difference. This product does exactly what it is meant to do. I increased the amount of reps from what they said to do and feeling the burn in my jawline is amazing because there really hasn't been a way to do it before. Got this for my mother who had surgery on her nose and she is around 60 so it is time for her to start looking into alternative measures besides cutting her face! They ended up shipping me two out of the three but they compromised with me and sent me an extra one on top of what I was supposed to get in the first place. So A+ Super fast customer service. I’m still very early on in my usage of this product. However, if their customer service is any indication as to the effectiveness of the product, it’s going to be wildly successful. I don’t know if their response times are stereotypical for them but I will tell you that they are incredibly quick in getting back to you. So much so that I even got a voicemail DM from Brandon (their CEO) on a Sunday, in response to a question I had. So far, I’m very impressed.
