I am not one to automatically give 5 star reviews. Fulfillment was adequate (I was communicated to constantly after I asked about delay). I began using yesterday and two strangers asked me about the jawzercise because they were curious.

It took a long time to receive but once customer service representatives heard I didn't get product they got right to work. Belief was strong but they came through. I appreciate the support that was given

Excellent experience!! I received my Jawzrsize promptly, and I was able to start using it very quickly. I am impressed with the speed of service and the experience of using Jawzrsize!!

I have TMJ disorder and this has helped alleviate some of the soreness I get from time to time in the jaw and neck! I’ve already noticed the discomfort going away.

I like the product. I'm disappointed with your delayed shipping practices. Using two carriers "always" delays shipping and is rarely significantly more cost effective. It also make tracking items extremely difficult because neither carrier accepts responsibility while items are "sitting" at a hub!

I had shipping issues due to COVID19 and requested a refund. After contacting the customer service about my lost shipment they ensured me that they would take care of the situation by offering two options, refund or new shipment. I decided to try again and opted for a second shipment. Now, less than a week after receiving the re-shippmen of my Jawzrsize and I couldn't be happier. The respect I have in regards to how things were handled leaves me speechless. I am 100% satisfied with this product. In a couple of days using this product I saw my cheaks plump up and my face looking rejuvenated. This product is for real! It was worth the wait.

Your ordering process is misleading. Waste of time and money with your annoying order process. Return my money and do not send me your products

I ordered twice from them. The first one took over a month to get to me. Second order, got lost them I had to contact them after a month to see where it was. They sent a new one out to me but that also took over a month to get to me. I won’t be purchasing from them again nor will I ever recommend them based on shipping issues.
