Up sale confusion.
I haven’t use the product yet. So this review is in regards to my experience with the company. First of all it took almost 1 months to get here. But with COVID-19 I understand the delays. My main issue is that I bought one beginner one to start with. Then when I was checking out I was given the offer to get the whole set for a discounted price. But when it arrived I see now that I was charged for the beginner one and also a full set. Can that be rectified somehow? I feel that there was confusion in the upsell and I ended up purchasing more than I need. UPDATE: They fixed it by refunding me for the extra item. Great service! Thanks.
