I enjoy the product I use it when I sit and watch TV. The first time using it was kinda hard and true and believe my jaws was sore I didn't notice it until I try to eat my. LOL. But I've gotten used to and it's easy peasy on the Jaws now. Have a great day. Z

This product is great! My husband grinds his teeth really bad and gets jaw pain. This has been really helpful for him. We ordered one when the company first started out and really love the new design. We kept losing the inserts. I am attempting to use the beginner one but have to use it a little at a time to help my tmj and my horrible gag reflex :(

I'd graduated from using the beginner device, and had a concern about getting a combo pack for just the intermediate and advanced devices, as it wasn't an option I could find. Amy was very helpful about making that happen. Very good customer service from her.

I was skeptical but figured I’d give it a shot. I was surprised to find that it does improve you jaw line and as a added bonus it’s decreased how much chewing tobacco I go through since I use this product while driving to and from work. Overall very nice. I do recommend starting with green or the next level, it doesn’t take long to build up strength.
