I don't seem to have gotten the item what was advertised. Maybe what they show on the photo is not what comes from the China factory. Who knows. And lanyard was a joke. Oh well.

I was sent a review and I did not get the item yet. I think I have to get the item before I review and then I say I did not get the item. They are looking into it. I am waiting. So the star is 1. Poor serves. Up date: customer serves was very good and is refunding my money.

Shipping was a bit slow but no fault of the company .. it’s this horrible Covid19 that’s making everything difficult.... I’m really liking the results I am getting from the product it’s a work in progress but it definitely works!!!

I liked that I received a video tutorial after the purchase and being thanked for my custom. The item came quickly in a nice box and case for the items. The only downside was the accompanying neck holder does not hold firm enough for the item to be worn around the neck.
