It arrived on time and I was very pleased with the customer service. I ordered the smallest size and I think that has been working well enough for me (female). Mine came without the mouth guard so I could just wash it and pop it in. I've not been using it consistently for a month however I've noticed a difference in my jaw asymmetry. My left jaw has always been higher than my right jaw, partly because I chew only on my right side, maybe it's a placebo effect but I find that the difference isn't as apparent anymore. For the most part it hasn't affected any other part of my life except for when I try to eat a burger or baguette and feel a little tightness around my jaw that I never used to feel before. I got this more for my asymmetry than for a defined jaw line so I've not been paying much attention to if my jawline has become more defined or not.

Product seems to be good so far... although it took 2 months, and countless ignored emails, for them to complete the Order finally. Once someone(s) did respond- they advised they would follow up.. each time... and did not. Got an email asking how they did before anything was ever done.. when I did go back to rate the response, the survey had been closed. I don’t usually put so much weight on delivery and service- but this process was exceptionally awful. I bought this to help correct a 9 year old severed mandible, which grew back together off set by a couple of millimeters, with permanent nerve damage. Product wise, my jaw does seem stronger, and I think has stimulated some nerve regeneration. I’ll have to see how it improves as I move up the resistance. It has caused TMJ/muscle stiffness, if I over do it in a day, although minor, all things considered & a very normal learning curve- if not slow moving for my own daily practice. I connected to the owners story & became intrigued by his recovery process. But the company’s demands on immediate feedback are also painful. Even if this works well, I’ll have a hard time recommending this company to use, until they work out their service issues.
