needs more instructions and there is no clear indication out of the four pieces as to their strength level otherwise after only 2 days I do feel a difference

I am loving jawzrsize so far after one week. We've all seen the before and after pics, but it's also great for any days when you get stressed and your face gets tight. A few sets and you will be relaxed again!

I must commend Jason and Austin on their fantastic customer service. I will never have anything bad to review about a company unless I am being treated unfairly, which was never the case here. My only gripe was that the beginner kit should have a disclaimer for those who feel they have much “stronger” jaws, which I soon learned that I had. I do have a square-jaw so maybe that would be a marker to start with the intermediate device. Anyway, kudos to the jawzrsize family for addressing my issues immediately; I was willing to pay for an upgraded level (with a discount) but they decided to send me the intermediate FOC (keen marketing tactic) as I will eventually be purchasing the most advanced. Product will give your jaw a workout but comes with nuances. After I expresses my concerns, company quickly made good on their satisfaction guarantee. Them taking customer service seriously is a good sign, and hopefully will lead to product improvement.
