Easy to order. Swift delivery. Very happy.

Not pleased at the moment, and hoping that someone will make it right for me. When ordering my product the first attempt after putting in my credit card, the website timed out and gave me no indication that the order was confirmed. I placed the order again, and received confirmation. Then subsequent to that I received notification that I had placed an order to 2 additional packages (which was from the original order when the website timed out). When I received confirmation from the original timed out order. I reached out to support immediately to cancel the order and received no response. Then I received notification that it was shipped and again reached out to support to cancel/reverse/etc. the order and have still not received any contact. Seriously disappointing first experience and my hope is that you'll rectify this immediately. I even went so far as to return the texts that I received from the CEO, and as I'm sure you can imagine I received no response. Can someone PLEASE resolve this incredibly unprofessional issue?!?!

I got my jawzrsize! I was first disheartened because it initially didn't come. I asked for a refund and I got it. Then about two weeks later I surprisingly got one in the mail. Austin send me a new one. I know a lot of businesses are struggling because of the slow down in the mail, BUT they were on it, and it meant a lot that they treated me with respect during what must be a chaotic time for them as a business. Thank You!

Great service and follow up. I was not happy with the product I received but they worked on my requirements and comments and made my experience complete.

Fast and friendly

The address wrongly written. I keep receiving the same automatic answer. As though nobody reads my mails. I asked for refund as i will not be able to receive my order, and there is no response. Please refund ASAP Best Irina

Nice product, good company with good customerservice. (We had a small issue with ordered items delivery, but they took care of it promptly thanks to Tony from customerservice.)
