Incorrect order placement where it added an extra kit to my order. I informed them right away to let them know still they proceeded wth sending me two kits without checking my emails Upon receipt I asked them for return label and they said they cant at this time and asked to ship back item at my cost ( they shouldnt have added this extra item in the first place and sent it to me despite me reaching out to them right away ) After lots of back and forth they asked me to cut the items on one kit into 2 pieces and send them pics and upon receipt they will refund it ..which they did All in all i had to go through this back and forth and waste my time and energy ( atleast 20 emails and 2 hrs ) and unnecessary drama for no fault of mine. had to go through a buggy order placing site and poor customer service Seemed like a scam at one point

I have finally received my order and decided to amend my review. Jawzrsize was very proactive trying to located the parcel, and eventually they cannot be too penalised for a slow delivery. Once I have tried the goods I will be happy to review it in greater details.
