I purchased the set with 4 exercise blocks, expecting them to have the same type of bite pattern, only stiffness, or size difference. The intent was for my husband to use two and I would use the other two. There are significant differences by having the removable pieces on two that were not explained in the literature. No literature is included with the set, but it is apparent where your teeth should rest. It would have been helpful for this to be explained before purchase. Aside from this, I am happy with the first block's stiffness and look forward to using the exerciser.
