After, I place my order online on Sep 7, on Sep 23, still don't receive my product. Regular USPS mail service takes approximately 3 to 7 days to arrive from any part of the US to my destination. Your shipping service takes forever and there are no updates available after Sep 14, 2020. For me, your rating will be ---10+ You take my money fast and the merchandise is not received Bad service, don't do business again!!!!!

I was so excited about this product but after using it two times it actually broke an implant in one of my front teeth. Personally, I think the design should be made to fit to the sides of the mouth (Chewing on it with back molars) and not front teeth. It could be marketed for TMJ/ headaches to stretch the jaw muscles and not only for cosmetic reasons.

The people at Jawzrsize have a great service team. My first order got lost in the mail so they gave me a refund and sent a new one free of charge. Great product, packaged neatly in a cool magnetic closure box. You also get a vented carry case so you can take it with you. The silicone cord for your neck is very comfortable. You get directions for your workout too. Thanks Jawzrsize
