customer support was immediate, but I didn't receive the black box that houses the jawzrsize and the additional bite stript. I ordered 2 but the second jawzrsize came in a plastic package...not what I expected to receive..

Good quality, well made.
I've been using jawzrsize for over a month now. Bought it to strengthen my jaw, throat and mouth due to sleep apnea. It does seem to be helping (along with other things I'm doing), and I enjoy using it daily while walking on my treadmill. No worries about chewing through the material. Before purchasing, I had read reviews written about cheaper made versions on Amazon that don't hold up and get damaged very quickly. This one seems to be very well made! Glad I bought jawzrsize.
