Works as advertised , would recommend start with the least resistence and work your way up .just like in a gym .I've seen and feel a difference in only 1 week.

I ASKED MANY TIMES WHAT THE REPS AND…
I ASKED MANY TIMES WHAT THE REPS AND SETS WERE FOR EACH PIECE I REC'D , 4 IN ALL.SINCE I DID NOT REC'D THE CORRECT INSRTUCTIONS IN MY CASE. AND COULDN'T GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER TO SAVE MY LIFE. I JUST KEPT GETTING " YOU HAVE FOUR LEVELS,THEY ARE" OR YOU HAVE 57 MUSSLES IN THE FACE, BLA BLA BLA. BUT NEVER DID THEY ANSWER HOW MANY REPS AND SETS FOR EACH COLOUR OR LEVEL, IT WAS A USELESS CONVERSATION.

It must be quite frustrating to have an awesome piece of workout equipment like Jawzrsize, and be unsure how to get the most out of it! We understand, and we are here to help!
Jawzrsize workouts are not meant to be complicated or difficult to figure out. Much the opposite!
Everyone's fitness journey is different, so the number of sets and the resistance level that produces results for one person may not be effective for another. The Jawzrsize workout is meant to be custom tailored to fit your schedule and your own personal fitness goals! You do the workout that works best for you. :)
That being said, we've definitely got guidance available to help you get started! Please check out our "How It Works" page and "FAQ's" pages on jawzrsize.com for workout regimen suggestions, and much more!
Bottom line, we recommend that you start slow and build over time for optimal safety, comfort and
results!
You do have 57 muscles in that area that are beautifully interconnected and need to get used to being worked out, just like any other muscle! So start with a few reps and sets for a few minutes a couple of times a day, then increase your sets and reps as you feel comfortable.
Once you need a greater challenge, you can move up to the next resistance level. It's as easy as that!

I like the jawzersize
I like the jawzersize. I bought the full kit, but the instructions refer to colors that weren't actually in the kit, so I'm not really sure what order to use them in. I guessed with the gushiest blue one first for level one. But I have two blue ones, and two green ones, and the instructions talk about a purple one, which was not provided. I have no idea what the little clear plastic strips are for. There is nothing that describes the purpose for those either.
However, the exercise does have its benefits. If there are better instructions and complete kits with the colors mentioned, it would be even more helpful to determine order of advancement.
