Unless you feel like slobbering all over yourself, this device is not very practical. Plus, I feel like you can get the same job done without it being so rigid and stiff. Try a better design where your mouth can close around it because I don’t appreciate having to carry a tissue around all the time just sop up the spit that leaks out of my mouth while chomping.

Ok, I just started with the beginners Jawzrsize and I can feel the work out. It's a basic exercise for your jaw muscles but effective. You can feel the burn and I have to take breaks in between reps at this point. I'll probably end up getting the next level of resistance once / if this beginner size becomes ineffective.

Absolutely no clue what happen but there are no exercise that we can do . The little book that is included in box was no help/

It does exactly what they say it does. Do a 100 or so "chews" with it once or twice a day and in about a month you will notice the difference. Wash it off and put it back in the plastic case for next time.
