no differents & no results.

It was fairly difficult to do the daily reps in the beginning. I decided to do 4 sets of 30 reps per day. by the start of the fourth rep, wow it was pretty hard. after about 10 days or so, it became really easy. I do the reps daily. And I have been doing them for about 5 weeks now. As far as having any change in my facial appearance. I have not readily noticed any significant difference myself. I suppose I should have taken a Before photo when I began my Jawzrsise regimen. I will do that today.

This item works and the results are immediate. I do use it sparingly as I’m afraid of throwing my jaw out of balance.

Not really worth it. Mouthpiece is not a comfortable fit and it is like biting into a hard rubber piece. This is even so after following instructions and boiling it in hot water. Not worth it

The colors of the devices didn't match the descriptions, making it difficult to know at which level I needed to start. Actual videos of using the device would have been helpful so I could ensure I am using it correctly and optimally.

This is a very good product! It works exactly as advertised, definitely tones my jaw! I use it several times throughout the day and I love it!
