Your customer service department refused to considered my challenging situation. I am a military person stationed overseas that only USPS can delivered. When I inquired about only shipping USPS, your customer service personnel did not understand any part of my my constraint. One agent told me that I only have one option. Your company’s standard shipment. So I asked to cancel the order but totally got ignored and shipped UPS as second shipment. The first order got lost in the UPS system. I felt like I was on the list of whiner and got totally ignored. Of course, I always got the replies to my inquiries in most polite way by saying “too bad”.

Until now I didnt receive the product I have ordered. I bought 2 set of Jawzrsize last August 2020. I have been messaging them to refund my money but I didnt receive reply. They didnt give me my money back. Dont buy this product.
