This did not work for me. It may work fine for other folks and I hope it does. Every time I tried using the device I had a gag reflex like I was going to throw up. I tried over and over again to get used to it . Wishing the company success but you can always do facial exercises without purchasing a device like Jawzersize. Great service, refund received.

Hate the product. Total waste of my money. Did nothing but cause pain in my jaw. I was good with not giving a bad review, but I get non stop emails from this company. I have opted out of getting ALL emails several times but keep getting them. My biggest regret was that I threw the piece of junk away and didn't return it for a refund. Just stop hassling me with non stop emails.

You have terrible customer service. I've called and left voice mails and asked to be called back and not once was I called back. I've sent support tickets and some questions were answered but some questions were not. I would not recommend Jawzrsize. You need to vastly improve your customer service. I do NOT like the custom fit level 2 and level 4. I do not like having custom fit forced on me because I bought the total transformation kit. You should offer both total transformation kit options of non-custom fit levels 1-4 and custom fit levels 1-4.

Product seal was broken when I received it in the mail. Very disturbing for a product you put in your mouth. After multiple times trying to contact the company I finally got an email where they told me it must have gotten damaged in shipping. I don’t believe this because how can a round sticker seal be cut while inside a package? I felt like they were lying to me and making an excuse for them sending me a USED product. It took almost another month of back and forth until I finally got a refund. At first they wanted me to just send them a picture of the product cut in half to get a refund but I didn’t want to do that because I actually wanted to try the product...which I never was able to do because they wouldn’t admit they sent me a used product, lied to me about it and also never offered to send a replacement. I had to message them multiple times after I mailed the product back before I was finally issued a refund. I would not have been bothered to write this review but they have sent me about half a dozen emails asking for a review. At this point I feel harassed by them and that I would just tell my story so other people don’t have to experience the lies and terrible customer service like I did. I would not trust this company or believe their product to be safe. ** too bad y’all’s reply is also a lie because you sent me a return label and I sent them back to you. Probably sent them along to some other poor unsuspecting soul. I also have photographs of the broken seal, used product, return slip and all our correspondence to prove I’m telling the truth and you guys are a bunch of hacks.

2 stars because my jawrsize beginner had a default. After first days of use I started seeing crack on it. After a couple of weeks (less than one month) the crack was so widened that I couldn’t use it anymore. I contacted the seller on Instagram showing him pictures. They offered to send me a new one but never heard from them since that day. I think the product works but I can’t tell more because I didn’t use it a lot. Going maybe to buy another for the second and last time if it cracks again.
