Aloha Jose, We appreciate your feedback. We are bummed to hear that your Jawzrsize broke during use. We'd love the opportunity to make it right! :) We are more than happy to provide you with a replacement for any defective items, free of charge! Please also remember that not all 4 devices in your kit use the bite strips. If you have tried to use the bite strips with the Pop N Go, that could damage the device and cause it to tear. Perhaps that's the issue. No worries, because you are covered by our Jawzrsize 60 Day RISK FREE Money Back Guarantee, so whether its a replacement or a refund in full that you prefer, we will happily help! We'll reach out to you soon to see how we can best assist you. Mahalo! - The Jawzrsize Team
