I was able to place the order online. I received excellent communication on the status of my order (received, being printed, shipped, etc). The parts I received are exactly as ordered. Good quality.

I’ve been using Jawstec for about 4 years. Recently I have seen a decrease in quality. Tumbling is no longer offered which is my preferred post-processing service. There have been a significant increase in print flaws which makes me think their quality standards have decreased. Customer service is not very friendly, attentive or quick to resolve these issues. I’m looking to move to another contractor for my parts

TJ, we're sorry to hear about your experiences. We had to remove tumbling as an option since our machine broke, we're sorry about that. We had a quality control issue on 1 of the 12 parts on your order. We have that piece reprinting for you and it should be able to ship tomorrow.
