Quoting process is good and fast. I was able to get the parts ordered quickly. Main problem is time. It took many times to produce parts which ended up getting the parts far past my needed timeframe. Processing caused quality issues. I appreciate having a strict quality check but I lost my window of opportunity due to parts being late. Color of parts is disappointing. I understand difficulty of dying the parts so the color is not my main problem.

Part had missing piece, like it cracked off. It was a thin part however. I like material but process taking 30 days is a long time.

In my most recent order only two out of three items were shipped. I have requested to to complete the order, but Jawstec did not respond to my email. They were ignoring my emails in the past, so I am not surprised.

First two orders completed and shipped as expected, the SLS process is excellent and the quality of the prints is great. Third order had issues in QC and still has not shipped, it seems the vapor polishing process might be taking way longer than anticipated but that is a guess. Hoping the parts look good when they finally arrive.

Edit: After working with other printers, I now realize that Jaws Tec is a great value, regardless of their lack of customer service. Give them a try. Original: Their upload system had multiple errors and took multiple attempts to get to work. When I received my invoice, it had errors in it. I contacted them and they didn't care to take any responsibility for their own site. Then they sent me an incomplete set of parts. When I contact them again they said since I 'ordered in bulk' (I didn't. refer to the first comment) that they are not able to inventory the order, basically reflecting any responsibility for another mistake. If I had to guess, I would say that they have no interest in having me as a customer.
