I can actually talk to a person vs a vertual AI peron and I don't like the time it takes to text. This is my first month using your system. Starting an order is very easy. Making changes or edits is not simple. I find that I have to start from the beginning and re-enter information. I have a good feeling that this company wants to improve.

Easy to use, quick printing. Items were packaged securely. Pricing was a little high for using the cheapest materials. Good communication and updates.

The experience as a whole was a bit disappointing, however it had nothing to do with Jawstec quality or service which was more than satisfactory The parts needed had ultra fine details and small channels which thier process could not achieve, or the channels were not adequately cleaned. Either way the parts were unusable.

Generally, Jawstec does a great job. Turn around time and quality have been exceptional. I'd consider using Jawstec exclusively if 1) price for initial samples were less expensive. 2) for production quantities, the savings isn't enough to be justifiable.

The final 3D printed items that I designed were within 0.010" tolerance which is not bad for prototyping. I am happy with the final fit and finish.

ordered a lot of MJF parts and although they were printed correctly the post processing sand blasting was not done correctly and had a lot of excess material. openned a complaint ticket/quality issue and after 4 days I just received one answer that they were going to check and nothing conclusive so far. Overall: not the best experience. EDIT we come to a mutual solution

Print quality was phenomenal — however color did not match online sample; would highly suggest using in world photographs of a simple test print to better educate the user of material complexion, rather than the current; fully digital sample. TLDR; your orange is red, I briefly considered the possibility my print was burnt before coming to terms with the pigment itself being inappropriately named.

I've been using JawsTec for a while now and I appreciate the work that they do for me and my team. The cost estimator works great and the lead times are completive. Whenever there is an issue, the communication is great.
