As a merchant, I cannot be more satisfied with this up and coming marketplace. It has been a breeze to set up my account and post any and all electronics and computer gear. Anytime I have had a question or been confused, the FAQ center is a great resource, but even then, the leadership of the website is easily reachable by email and they respond within the same day. The fees are minimal and I feel very much in control for how I want to make my sell posts. The leadership of the website even source the merchants for feedback on how to advance the website and make it better for all. It has been a wonderful and fantastic experience so far and I look forward to what is in store for the future.

The proof is in the pudding. I’ve had all kinds of issues on eBay and other platforms such as; disputes taking forever, payments not going through, faulty listings, account suspensions for no apparent reasons, etc. I’ve yet to encounter a single issue buying, selling, or customer service wise with RGBswap. Can’t thank them enough for all that they do!

A solid platform. The dev is active and personally responsive. This is a great grass-roots movement to make buying and selling PC parts easier. I can't wait to see where it'll grow and develop!

The site provided timely updates between the buyer and I and helped to ensure a smooth transaction for us as this was my first time shipping internationally! Heard about this site from YouTube several months ago and decided to give it a shot. Couldn't be more happier.

RGBSwap is seriously an easy choice alternative to the terrible online marketplaces that exist today, who mostly have vicious, variable and sub-surface fees as well as basically no customer support whatsoever. Those frustrations were basically the main reason I gave these guys a try and I promise you they're the complete opposite of all that other trash. They're not just an alternative though, they stand on their own as a great, independently owned, gaming hardware marketplace with a unique list of buying and selling features which I imagine will only be further developing as they grow. I was given individual customer support via their chat feature by one of the owners, Nick. While we chatted, he was able to solve my issue by making live changes over the functionality and layout of my listing. I had also been struggling to get a buyer for my GPU, so he took the time to offer me very helpful and honest advice. I've been messing around with and learning about PC hardware for the better part of 20 years and I was surprised when he could keep up with what I was saying.... I was even MORE surprised when I realized he has much more knowledge than I do lol. From a buyers perspective I found it much easier to browse for things that I was interested in without having all the clutter of improperly tagged items showing up. Also since the listings are basically hand-managed, you most definitely won't have to deal with popular items turning out to be scams like Craigslist, Ebay and others have such an outstanding problem with. I can't wait for more people to find out about this website because the variety and user experience will only get better from there. Purchase from local, small businesses when the rare opportunity arises but RGBSwap is definitely the next best thing!
