RGBSwap Is Off To A Good Start
I was a little hesitant to use RGBSwap since it’s still relatively new to me. But I had no issues with my order. Everything arrived exactly as it should have. Easy process. I wouldn’t mind seeing extra security features (like 2FA) added in the future. And the site had a small bug where it didn’t recognize that I had already read a chat msg from the vendor. So anytime I clicked a new page (on mobile), it would superimpose the chat on top of my desired page. Fixed this by manually entering my inbox and opening the chat. Everything functioned fine after that.

Thanks for taking the time to write up the review, every single one helps. I have been debating doing 2FA and Text authorization or some form of additional authentication now that we are growing and I thank you for the suggestion, I will probably implement it in the future here. As far as the chat bug , its very interesting but its not actually a bug. The message stays up until you go to the inbox to read or mark it. This was by design but with you experiencing it and thinking its a bug I may change the flow so if its viewed it will be marked as read. I appreciate the feedback as this kind of of thing I cannot test for. Great feedback thank you Nick
