Great experiences so far with four different computer part purchases.

Had fast and speedy shipment of parts at reasonable prices, only complaint is that I bought a graphics card from their official store that turned out to be a dud, return policy is good and I appreciated their clarity on the process

It's a good platform, but I wish it had a longer return window and better seller features.

Over all, my experience has been good... but with almost everything, there's room for improvement. Let's start with the positive. I love that this platform has people who know tech. The site is user friendly, except for the search... it can be a little wonky sometimes. I love the sales on gpus that were offered before Christmas. Over all, I love jawa.gg and recommend it as often as I can.

customer support was goated at least for the official jawa store. the mobile app is a little buggy though

I opted to sell a GPU directly to jawa rather than sell P2P, and it worked smoothly, though it seems the process is pretty manual at the moment -- there aren't any status e-mails for when the payment is meant to be processed or when waiting to get a shipping label, so you're sort of in the dark and if something does go wrong I don't have as much confidence it'd be easy to figure things out.
