Very happy with the coffee and the customer service. Both were outstanding

I find the website very difficult to use. I've needed to call Javafly three times for help. I use the internet frequently and have visited hundreds of websites but I get lost on yours. If I just order something it works fine but if I order something and then look for other bargains, it doesn't seem to have an understandable path back to complete the order. Please have an experienced website designer look at it.

I have not been disappointed ordering from Java Fly! They deliver always on time and most of the time before schedule! Never have to worry about my order.......always correct.......great prices.......and orders are correct! I recommend them to anyone! Living in a rural area as I do, good customer service is greatly appreciated!

We enjoyed Black Rose coffee on a trip to Canada and were thrilled to find we can order it from JavaFly. JavaFly provides prompt delivery and we have reordered several times.
