I find the website very difficult to use. I've needed to call Javafly three times for help. I use the internet frequently and have visited hundreds of websites but I get lost on yours. If I just order something it works fine but if I order something and then look for other bargains, it doesn't seem to have an understandable path back to complete the order. Please have an experienced website designer look at it.

I ordered 4 boxes.This is the only place that the cost was reasonable, IE: Amazon wanted much more. One of the boxes had 3 K cups & another had 4 K cups that the tops had opened & I had powder all over the inside of the boxes. The other 2 were for someone else & there was 1 that had opened.

I buy JavaFly for the office. There customer service is great, prices are okay but every now and then I do get damaged products. I don't like complaining but don't like wasting product or money. Thus the three star rating.

I bought the BARISTA PRIMA COFFEEHOUSE CAPPUCCINO, VUE CUP PORTION PACK FOR KEURIG VUE BREWING SYSTEMS. I absolutely love this cappaccino, but then keurig discontinued it! So i stocked it! Unfortunately, my keurig says the pod is not correct!!! It's the same thing!!! Only difference that I can tell there is not green dot. anyone else have this issue???

I ordered 5 boxes of Tim's Columbian decaf coffee K-Cups. I ordered 5 to qualify for free shipping. My order shipped quickly and arrived quickly. I found this huge box in my entryway and had no idea what it was. When I opened it there was another large box inside of it. When I Opened that one there was a much smaller box containing 4 packages of coffee and one loose package of coffee. The outer box was large enough to hold 25 4packs of coffee. It made opening and disposal of the packaging much more difficult tham it should have been.

The coffee was delivered and is good, but it took a week. Other sites deliver coffee next day.

Was very happy with the pricing and service on my first order from JavaFly. Went to reorder the same quantity and the price was about 20% more. This is over a 3 month span. Found another online dealer for 10% less than my first order. Will order again from JavaFly when the price is better.
