I bought a 650i BMW motor for around $4600.00. I was told that the motor had been inspected and that it was in excellent condition. The motor arrived on time. My mechanic installed the motor for $2,000. After installation , the motor was smoking. Took the motor to the BMW for diagnostic. They found out that the vanos solenoid was bad . I hade it replaced for $3200. Sent the bill to Jask. They claimed that this is not a part of the block and head warranty . Now mind you, the motor still smokes. Had it diagnosed by 2 BMW mechanics. The valve seals are bad. Estimated cost $ 9000. A Jask rep was on the phone 3 way with BMW and myself. Jask rep told BMW to sent the estimate to them. Now they are saying that the valves are covered by the warranty. So , Jask wants me pay a mechanic $2000 to ship it back to them for them to keep my motor, charge me a 25% restock fee and reimburse the difference to me. So , I spent $4600 for the motor, $2000 for installation, $3200 to replace the vanity solenoid, that’s nearly $ 10,000 dollars that I have spent on this motor. Jask is only suggesting that I pay another $2000 for the mechanic to pull the motor sent it back to them they charge me 25% stock fee then give me the balance. This is a crazy rip off. I ask to drive the car to them and they can check the motor themselves but they declined.

I am quite dissatisfied with this vendor. They sent me a damaged part (a radio bezel), were unable to find an undamaged part to replace it, and then offered to only refund me a fraction of the cost ($125 on a part that's going to cost me over $500 to procure elsewhere). When I complained that this was not satisfactory, the excuse I was given was "This is the best we can do, we're already barely going to make money on this order". Honestly, that's not my problem - if you want to make money, don't sell damaged goods - and if you do, make it right with the customer with a fair refund. I know many people have had good experiences with this seller, but know you are taking a risk and that if the part you get is damaged and they aren't able to find a good replacement, they'll simply offer you a low-ball refund amount. Personally, I advise any potential customer to avoid this seller.

Whole process took longer than I was told.follow up and response time sometimes is longer than24hrs. Part recieved with slight damage, I sent pictures and have not received and answer as of yet. Also too many emails sent to me including 3 sent to rate service

Got totally ripped off on the engine I purchased. Was told I was getting an engine with 25,000 miles on it and was compression tested. Engine was bad on all cylinders and over heated and had over 200,000 miles on it. Never buy from this company. RUN! Have to sell my Jeep for parts as I cannot afford to put another engine in it.

Well I purchased a mustang gt 4.6 litre motor and haven't heard a word from Roman or anyone per our conversation I denied the 1st motor was not up to standards rusted and there was no mileage guven so really not sure I was getting what I was told I was gonna get you guys got my money and I have nothing to show for it!!!!!!! I told Roman I was out of state cause my mother passed away and I was dealing with loss and estate business now in leaving Kentucky should be home in 3 to 5 days I need to hear from you

JAKES AUTO PARTS WAS GIVEN MY PARTS NUMBERS NUMEROUS TIMES AND STILL GOT IT WRONG . AFTER A MONTH OF A MERRYGOROUND RIDE ,I GOT THE WRONG PART. I WAS TOLD TO SEND IT BACK, 310.00 BCM USED. I HAD TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. WHAT A JOKE, THE LEFT HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING!!!!

Bought a engine was a delay in receiving due to the engine due to the fact it couldn’t pass inspection. The company sent out a second engine with over 10k more miles than previous engine. Received the second engine pretty quickly, but once engine was getting ready to be installed my mechanic notice that the piece to hold the alternator was broken, the the housing thermostat was broken in half and there was a dent somewhere else that I can’t remember. All of these issues was impossible to see from the images they sent.The engine was completely useless at this point and I paid 5k for the engine. They said that it would take way too much work to send a replacement. I’m currently waiting to see how they are going to solve this issue and don’t think that it’s right for them to expect for me to pay 5k for a engine that’s useless! Honestly been a headache since I bought the engine. Now I’m stuck 3 kids without a vehicle for ever longer!

I ordered a ABS modular paid for it got the email signed 30 minutes later I got a call saying it’s no longer available and they want me to pay for 200 and some dollars more for another one I don’t think so they should have to give me the other modular for the same price very very very unhappy
