The staff and the drs are so courteous and helpful from Mary working with me on an IT problem till it was set up completely to Crystal letting me know the steps to the prescription order from start to pharmacy. The dr was timely and efficient and yet took time to listen which doesn’t happen when I go into a dr office and have to sit an hour between waiting room and exam room. This is an excellent service for these emergency needs.

I placed an order, requested detailed invoice for an insurance reimbursement claim, and Ashley at JASE responded immediately, and she followed-up twice to ensure my needs and expectations were met.
