Fast, flexible, they had what I needed for a situation where I cannot get to a doctor for a scrip, or supply-chain interruptions. With today's unrest, having antibiotics on hand is a part of my preps, and should the need arise, I feel confident that I will be able to keep on living! Their doctor answered my question on a substitution I needed to make due to an allergy to one of the meds, and was able to substitute that med with one that I regularly use in similar situations. Bravo!

I needed my Jase Case delivered quickly before I left for my international trip, Rhonda in customer service was absolutely on top of it, reaching out to the pharmacies to check the status of filled prescriptions and keeping me updated once a day. Another gentleman (Josh?) in customer service also provided great advice and solutions to all my questions. All around when it comes to getting potentially life-saving medical supplies, I am very thankful I put my faith and money in the people of this company.
