Everything was perfect! This was my first time ordering here. I chose my product, checked out. I received an email to confirm and to fill out medical questions. They said it would probably take the full 15 days. so about 12 days later I emailed them that I didn't get a tracking number. they emailed me w the tracking number, but the next day the product was at my door. Thank you for the smooth transaction. Will order again in the future!

I had a great experience with customer support and the quality of the products. I ordered two items but only received one. When I reached out to customer support, I received a prompt response and a quick resolution. The missing product was shipped immediately. Teya, the customer service specialist, monitored the new shipment and kept me updated via email until I confirmed delivery. The products are third-party tested and verified to contain the concentration stated on the label.
