Anne was very helpful in tracking my order through the entire process. She was very responsive, and when there was a slight delay she corrected the issue and provided me with regular updates.

Briana, the representative I communicated with quickly responded to my query, actually, my multiple queries. She was very sweet.

Updating my review upon request from Jase. I received my package on 7/15, approximately 15 days after placing my order. I was reached out to and provided tracking, but that was after writing a negative review (which I’ve since change to this review). The tracking was not simple because it wasn’t showing up when I would click the link, likely the fault of FedEx. Fifteen days isn’t terribly long, but it’s definitely not emergency fast. The product quality is great. The package contained a nice bag full of well prepared information cards that are thick and sealed which tell you anything you would need to know about the medication you ordered. They are even water resistant so you can keep those and travel with them as needed. The package contained everything advertised and I received a %15 off the next order email for being a customer. Over all, I would recommend ordering from Jase, but make sure to order with enough time between the needed medication. I do plan to order in the future prior to a trip to Mt Everest Base Camp, just to ensure we are prepared for potential altitude sickness, or if we would need antibiotics. The ideas of this company is also great. Being able to order medication for emergencies is awesome. Preparing for an overseas (or on the sea) journey is a smart move. Using Jase for this is a good idea as long as you order early enough. I did have some issues placing my order. It seemed simple enough, however, after payment. The site just kept spinning and saying please wait, so I wasn’t sure if the order went through. I had to email to find out if the order went through and I got a response next day saying it did. Over all, the experience made me nervous since it was my first order and I wasn’t sure if Jase was legit, but it is. Jase isn’t just legit, it’s overall pretty great.

Hi Melissa - thanks for updating your review. We value all of our customer feedback. Sorry you felt nervous and I'm glad we were able to get it to you on time. Your order came through on 7/6 and it was delivered by 7/16. We appreciate you!

We came to Jase because of the availability of the compounded IVM & MBZ, and we needed it asap. In a chat while on the website, Crystal informed about the process and offered empathy in the situation. She offered to help expedite the order, and after it was placed, she followed up with information. Everything went as smooth as possible and her help was hugely appreciated. The only reason this review is not 5-stars is because Jase doesn't offer shipping options, only 'UPS ground' which is slow. Would have gladly paid for 'priority mail' or 'UPS 3-day' or similar. Sitting here waiting was frustrating, when there's definitely quicker shipping options out there. Other than that, Jase, and especially Crystal, were great

Smooth rather easy process. My biggest problem is that they expire 1 to 1-1/2 years from now. 2/24. Alot of money spent on this insurance.

Thanks for your honest review, Donna! Regulations require a pharmacist to place an expiration date of one year on most medications that they dispense. However we encourage you to look into ongoing studies to extend the shelf life of medication such as the “shelf life extension program" by the FDA. Remember to maximize the shelf-life of your medications they should be stored in air-tight containers in a cool, dry environment!

The service and efficiency were flawless. It concerns me that I had to image my DL. That and the cost is expensive. Those are the sole reasons for the 4 star rating. If I can afford to do so, I will purchase again.
