I had a ring ordered for mother's day and it set at the ups for over a week and no one had the common courtesy to let me know that I can go and pick it up. So now they wanted to either give me the money back or wait another month to get so they can get the ring back. Way to go Jared.

Delivery date has come and gone. No one can give me answers on a new date. Way to ruin an anniversary.

Made a purchase for Mother’s Day, sale price was a decent deal and shipping was guaranteed…got notified that the order was cancelled by them, not due to an issue with my card…they will have my money for 3-5 business days and now I’m being told that they can’t help me today (after just receiving the cancellation notice) but they can tomorrow…well how convenient that the sell ends tonight and they aren’t sure they will honor that price if I reorder….bait and switch much…stay away!!!

The ring I purchased a year ago snapped in half. The ring was heated twice to fit it to size and according to a local jeweler, t looks like that may have been the cause of the integrity issue with the ring. The local jeweler suggested that I reach out to the Jared's because he thought they may want to make it right considering that the break was not a wear and tear item. I reached out and was told that even though their salesperson had said otherwise, I should have some how known that I should double check with someone online to find out that I didn't need to make the 6 hour round trip drive every 6 months to have a valid warranty with Jared's. I didn't buy a warranty because I knew I wouldn't make the 6 hour drive. Keep in mind that I have been told the break in the ring was likely due to the heating process when sizing it, nothing to do with wear and tear on a ring that I didn't wear on a daily basis. So Jared's response was basically that I should have known to ask about the warranty regardless of what their salesperson told me. In the absence of that warranty, they would not be standing by their ring.even if I have reason to believe the integrity of the ring was compromised either during the manufacturing process or when they heated it to size it to my finger. Do not go near the Murray, Utah location. I initiated autopay with their credit card partner, Community Bank, for a purchase at Jared's in March 2022 and I clearly informed that set up auto pay as I travel weekly for work. I emphasized the need to setup autopay to settle the balance within 18 months to capitalize on the interest-free promotion. The representative assured me that my auto monthly payments would suffice to clear the balance within the specified timeframe. However, upon reaching the end of the 18-month period, I discovered an outstanding balance of over $1,800. To my surprise, Community Bank levied a $3,494.62 interest charge on a balance that was only half of that amount. In addition to the levied $3,494.62, I am still making monthly autopayments which also includes INTEREST on the INTEREST CHARGE. This practice appears to be highly questionable and unethical, leaving me perturbed by the unexpected financial burden. Given that I set up autopay to manage this situation, finding a significantly inflated balance is both distressing and unjust. I've taken the initiative to address this issue through various channels. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to document the situation and contacted my local representative. To any Jared rep: Please help.

Customer service does not exist with the call center. They talk down to you even if you have paid off your loan on time. Will not make any future and or refer anyone to purchase from this company. If I saw the reviews, I would have gone somewhere else.

I bought a 14k tri gold rope bracelet on December 14th for a Christmas gift. At the end of January early February the bracelet fell apart, one gold strand just dangling from the rope bracelet on my adult son. I called into customer service and was told I could not return or replace it because it was outside the 30 days by only a week or two!!! They offered for me to drive it more than 55 miles each way from my home and pay 250.00 to repair it. I couldn’t do that. So I took it across the street from my home to a jeweler who charged me 60.00 and did his best but he said the bracelet was defective. One week after the repair the same gold strand fell out. What a waste of 700.00 for a bracelet owned since this past Christmas with a company that doesn’t stand behind their products. Saddling customers with a defective piece and expenses! Just outrageous.

My husband purchased a ring for $3,000.00 for me in 2021, with warranty. I know what the warranty says as far as the diamonds go, but I never took it in for inspection until now, when I noticed that I was missing diamonds. I took it in the store and they told me that I have 6 diamonds missing, I never thought that a ring for $3,000.00 would lose diamonds. But none the less I have to pay for the diamonds, which is crazy too me. I will never buy anything else from them.
