I just recently went to Jared Jewelry at the Hulen Mall in Fort Worth, Texas. Elizabeth rhodiumed and polished almost every piece of jewelry I own. Which was a lot to do and she did not disappoint! I would like to mention that Elizabeth Set a 3 Carat Oval Diamond a few months back. The way she set my diamond it really stands out and POPS right in your face! I know she put her heart in this because she came out from her work area to deliver my band to me and because of her meticulous attention to detail my diamond showcases so well!!!👌 Elizabeth in the Jewelry Repair Department is absolutely Fantastic! All of my jewelry is shinning, blinging, sparkling and looking brand new again!✨️ I really appreciate you Elizabeth Thank you!!! Rocky- Raquel ❤️

I'm honestly confused reading all of these 1-star reviews because my experience has been exceptional so far. I had never been to a Jared's in person, nor had I purchased anything online until recently. However, while searching for Citizen Tsuyosa Men's Automatic watch, I noticed it was $100 cheaper than everywhere else, plus I got $25 off my first purchase. Not only that, it was the latest model (NJ0151-53M), not the old model (NJ0151-88M) being sold on places like Amazon. Also, I looked at the reputation of some of the sellers on Amazon and they didn't really scream trustworthy. I got my watch from Jared and it's beautiful. My next purchase was a Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 Men's Automatic Watch. This was initially priced the same as every other place at $725. I was going to hold off on this purchase for a few months, however, I suddenly got an email with a major discount so I went ahead and ordered. There are some nice perks to being a vault member. Also, as an added bonus, I was able to apply Honey Gold (from Paypal) to redeem gold.

Melissa who works at Jared in Novi Michigan was excellent in her professionalism, hospitality, and knowledge concerning what I needed. I certainly recommend anyone to come and visit this store location!

I was so impressed with one of the employees at Jared Galleria of Jewelry on Fort Couch Road in Bethel Park, that I felt led to write this review…….My daughter’s boyfriend asked me to go with him to look for an engagement ring. We started our ring search on Friday, April 28, 2023, and Jared was the third of the three stores that we visited that day. Nora was the sales person who helped us, and honestly, she could not have been any more amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and extraordinarily creative. We were looking for something really different, not your run of the mill engagement ring. I told Nora how much I loved Le Vian Jewelry. She told us that Jared was having a LeVian Trunk Show the following Monday, and she scheduled an appointment for us. We were both thrilled with the trunk show. Le Vian had so many incredibly beautiful and unusual rings! It was difficult for us to find any that we didn’t like. It was wonderful to hear that Jared has access not only to their instore diamond’s, but to hundreds of additional diamonds. All of the stores that we went to had beautiful engagement rings, but Jared had something that the other stores didn’t. They had someone who really cared and wanted to find the perfect ring for us. Nora is genuine and personable, and we really enjoyed working with her. She is a wonderful asset to Jared Galleria of Jewelry, and because of the pleasant experience that we had there, I would highly recommend Jared Galleria of Jewelry in Bethel Park.

Today my appointment was for jewelry inspection. Alex was my inspector, and he has been for at least the past 3 or 4 years. ALWAYS,courteous, respectful, professional, and just FUN to be around makes me smile. He does a great job and goes beyond the call of duty. Love going to store Clearwater location everyone speaks and smile Donna, Shelley, Michelle, Alex, and remembers you.

As an out of town investor, I recently had the pleasure of working with Jared Franczak and his amazing team! From the start, Jared took the time to understand my needs and goals, and provided me with valuable insights and advice throughout the process. His team's exceptional photography, virtual tours, and online marketing techniques attracted many potential buyers, and he managed to sell my property quickly and for a price that exceeded my expectations! Jared also demonstrated a remarkable ability to work with my tenants, which was a concern of mine going into the process. He was able to schedule showings and coordinate with the tenants in a way that was respectful of their time and privacy, and he was always able to answer any questions they had along the way. In August of last year, I lost the center diamond solitaire of my engagement ring. I back tracked my steps but to no avail. I was devastated. Once I collected myself, I called Jared and explained the situation. I spoke with Eric Floyd, it was early on Sunday, and he was just opening the store for business. He took my name and number and reassured me that he would return my call. Not long after, I received a return call from Eric; he confirmed, my ring was inspected during my last visit (Jun-2022) and because of that my ring would be replaced at no charge. As you can imagine, I was relieved! Although it was not my original stone, I at least did not have to worry about the expense of replacing it. Thank you Jared for the amazing customer service and for warranting your jewelry providing the consumer participates in the warranty program. The center stone was replaced in the time promised. and once replaced, I reviewed it with the original receipt and under a scope. It was just a beautiful as the original stone.
