Bought on item from Jared.com for my Mom for Mother's Day.The charm was not for the bracelet I bought so my mom sent it back.They recieved it back on 5/13.Had not recieved anything about a refund and called 5/19 and was on hold for a hour for them to tell me I would not get my refund until sometime in early June which is crazy because it didn't take them that long to take it out of my account.Will not be dealing with them again.

Well its been about 3 weeks since I ordered ONE simple gift for someone and I have yet to receive it. I got a shipment email 5 days go saying it was shipped. Well it still says UPS is waiting to receive item as of today. So I decided to call since its suppose to be 2 day shipping. I waited 45 mins on hold to get ahold of customer care only for them to lie to me and say to call UPS bc they have the item. So I call them to find out that UPS does not and is still waiting on item. So now I'm on hold with Jared customer service again, who almost makes Xfinity customer care look good. Oh how I regret ordering anything through Jared! My first and last time!!!

Please beware and don’t do business with this shady company. If you take advantage of their 0% finance promo, your last payment will not be due on the due date, but will actually be based off of the purchase date. Since their auto-pay only allows to setup payment son the due date, your last payment will be late and you will be charged 20% of the TOTAL purchase price in interest. After speaking with them, they quoted several laws which allow them to legally do this. After reading about this online, a bunch of people experience this and are furious. I wanted to make sure others are aware of Jared’s unethical practices and don’t make the same mistake as I did.

Unethical business that gets customers on technicalities when they offer their free financing options (18 months no interest). Long story short, they make the last payment due, days before your autopay payments are set. This means that if your last payment auto pay is set for May 3, 2021 and all 17 subsequent payments have been paid each month on the 3rd. then the full amount and final payment needs to be paid prior to May 2, 2021 otherwise you will have to pay the finance fee of up to thousands of dollars after you have finished paying the full payment with supposed 0% interest. Again, this is completely unethical and after hours of speaking with their supervisors/representatives we have not had any success with resolution and will blog about this everywhere. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT JARED!!!

Jared is holding my watch, in for repair, hostage and will not ship back to me. Their claim is that they are not shipping due to COVID-19. They will gladly ship you a new item if you order online but apparently they feel justified holding my $3k watch indefinitely.

They sell LeVian jewelry. I attended a LeVian event and bought a bracelet. I paid full price about $3,600. Then about a year later that same piece went on sale for $1,900. I was very upset because I made 12 payments on that dumb bracelet then it goes on sale for half the price. So done with Jared’s!

12 month finance promotion is flawed. They divide your balance by 12, you make all your payments on time. Then at the end they hit you with a big charge. They set you up to fail in the beginning. Then they get a big payday at the end and tell you " I'm so sorry". Great way to treat customers that pay their bills on time every month.

Simply because your jewelry is made in China and wasn’t disclosed when sold to my husband. Considering the medical hysteria surrounding coronavirus. Why sell anything made in China? Stating that it would be coming from Pennsylvania when it came from Akron, Ohio. He’ll never order from your company again. In this medical climate you’re still accepting merchandise and selling it from China.
