I bought a service guarantee with my Tag Heuer. Free lifetime battery replacement. They didn’t specify that they charge $45 mailing cost if you have to replace the battery. Kinda sucks!

BEWARE Smoke and mirrors! Site clearly emphasizes “2-day delivery” and “Free returns”. I ordered a Pandora bangle bracelet and 3 charms as gift. Delivery time was late and ball on end of bangle was broken off in box. I was told their 2-day delivery only applies after processing time. So, I ordered another bangle - it arrived in 2 Days! I returned the damaged item, following the instructions on the back of the packing slip. Cost $11.60 to ship back via UPS. I received credit on the broken bracelet, but not on shipping charges. Was told today that they could not credit that additional cost because I did not initiate return on line. Does not indicate that requirement on paperwork that comes with merchandise. So, all in all, JARED left me feeling I was dealing with a sleazy company - and out additional costs! Will not purchase there again.

Watch out for their “promotional” 12 month no interest financing option. They guarantee your payments divided into 12 months will take care of entire balance and DO NOT explain that towards the end of your 12 months they drag out the last statement balance due past your 12 month contract and charge you the deferred interest on top of finance fee. Worst customer service experience in my entire life. They lost a customer and hope fully a lot more with their crappy 1 star reviews.

I ordered Pandora charms. Is quoted me July 8. Then changed it to over a week later. I got ahold of support and he told me to get a refund because it hasn’t been shipped, would take 7-10 days to even talk to them about it. I should have stuck with Meyers Jewelers in Grove City Ohio. Never again. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, go screw a tree!!!

TERRIBLE !!!!! . 1. Paid for a ring online 2. Prior to payment, shipping date was within 3-7 days 3. The minute payment went through they automatically through 2 months on to shipping date, and it's going on ,,3 and still hasn't arrived. 4. Customer service said they would refund but never did. 5. Received an email stating we never charge your card until shipped 6. They actually charge your card the instant you click "order" 7. Worst experience I have ever had and now the have just taken my money. 4.

Well if I could I wouldnt give it any stars. So for Mother's day my hunny thought it would be nice to buy me a keepsake with my children name and birthstone. So he purchased an Infiniti pendant necklace for almost $400. Shipping took forever in which I bypass due to COVID, BUT! when it arrived I was soooo upset at the quality of the pendant as well as the chain. Someone I know also purchased the same pendant however they chose the $119 option and our purchases looks almost identical. So I instantly returned the item. Three weeks later they re shipped it to me. Stated that they are not going to honor refund because it's a personalized item. I HATE THE QUALITY OF THE NECKLACE. It looks cheap and you can't even see the engraved names.

If I could rate a zero, I would. I went into Jared for a special occasion - my first anniversary with my wife. It also happens to be her birthday a few days earlier. I knew heading to a jewelry store would be a hit to secure a double whammy gift to satisfy both requirements. Business has been good, and I had never done something like this before, so I thought, what a great idea... but boy was I wrong. First off, we started out by being able to only set an appointment. This is fine, since we appreciated the store even being open... but it goes downhill from here. The sales rep that answers the phone often, we will call her "L" for privacy reasons- said that it would be "Quite the experience," having the store to ourselves during the appointment. "When else can you ever have this store to yourself," she suggested. I agreed and said let's meet June 5th at a specific time. Fast forward to the day of the surprise. My wife and I go for a drive- I was downplaying the day a little bit even though it was her birthday (and our anniversary days later). I was taking a big gamble with a double whammy surprise but I was assured by L that it would pay off. We were going to be 10-min late so I phoned ahead and L answered. She said it wouldn't be an issue. L knew I was coming in and HAD TO pull the trigger on a nice item for the double home run. Excitement coursed through my blood as we passed my wife's favorite restaurant and entered the Jared parking lot in Maple Grove, MN. She asked why we were there and I said it's a surprise. Alright the planning and coordination had been done. The downplaying the two huge days for us is almost over. I just need Jared to come through for me. L knew the importance, we spoke on the phone multiple times. Ok, so we get out of the car (slightly late) and realize there are multiple cars out front, running, with people in them. The building is a stand alone in the back corner of a lot- so these people aren't waiting for anything but this store. I figure there's some other reason they are there... maybe curbside pickup of jewelry? Who knows, I'm not really in the loop on this stuff, as this is an extremely rare moment in my life... getting to treat my wife for two big days, with the store to ourselves. We approach the door and give it a tug. Locked. OK, OK, don't panic... you can play it cool. Uh, you just wait in the car, I'll figure it out. I knock... nothing. I call... nothing. I can somewhat see someone in the store but it's tough to see through a double door entry (common in MN because of the cold). At this point I'm sweating bullets wondering what's up. She goes back to the car and eventually after a few more tries, I head to the car. How is this possible? I was assured the store would be ours, for our appointment. L knows how big of a day it is for us too. This was the exact thing I couldn't have happen! I know what you're thinking: this guy is trying to buy diamonds for his wife in the age of Covid-19 and the store isn't ready for him, big deal.... I get it. It's definitely a first world problem, but hear me out... I was assured this would be smooth. I'd hope most reading this are considering going here to spend a grand or more, which puts them into potentially encountering the same first world problems I had. Unfortunately the story gets worse. WAY worse. I'm back in the car now, waiting for them to answer their phone. Watching other people head to the door and try and open it. Cars around me are running with people in them. I call again, nothing. 15-20 min go by and my wife is like what the hell are we doing here, this is dumb. We had a tight schedule that day- seeing family, getting dinner, and more... so we didn't have a lot of time to waste. Now it was nitty-gritty just get in pick something in a rush and roll (likely late) to our next thing. Someone finally comes to the door and lets someone out. I ordered a birthday present for my wife on April 8th 2020. They charged my account the next day even though they said they wouldn’t charge until the item was shipped. It is now June 21, 2020. Still have not received the item we ordered. We have called three times but they have not been any help. They say they don’t know when it will be shipped. Very frustrating!
