I took my wedding ring to South Portland Jared to get it cleaned and inspected.I was told one of my diamond had a fracture in it and need to be sent out to be fixed,it was promised to be back on 11/23/2020.When no one called us my husband called South Portland that Friday and was told we will call the company and get back to you.No one called so I called South Portland and the lady said she did not know if the store it when’s to get my ring.So I told her somebody needs to find it she was supposed to call no call.I called South Portland again and said I want my money or the ring replaced she said I would need to cancel on having them fixed told her that’s fine.Well this was the first I ever got a call back.She said that she had called the big Jared company and they still have not got back to her..So she sent them a email I told her if they would not pick up the phone did she really think a email would get returned.Told her I wanted my money back she told me because the diamond was three years old we could not get the money back.So I called customer care line Friday and was told someone would call me back in a couple of days once again no one called.I called and I was told it could be two weeks before someone calls.I get because of the virus things are messed up but just a call would be nice this is no way to run a business.I don’t think I will ever see my ring again

NEVER AGAIN - I purchased a Tag Heuer watch from the Fort Wayne, Indiana store and am experiencing horrible customer service. A $4,300 watch's customer service treated like a Timex from WalMart. The watch went in for warranty work in August and still has not been finished. Yes four months later and no end in sight. I was notified I would be charged approximately $800 for the repair since the brand new watch wasn't under warranty. Tag has a standard 2 year warranty. The problem is Jared never got the watch registered as they told me it was done. After battling with employees that could care less I was in their store, who just said "Call Tag", I got Jared to finally get it registered. But now four months later still now watch. I have made numerous visits to the Jared store wanting to know where it is at. Same response, "It takes about 4-8 weeks, we will call you when it gets in". I told Jared repeatedly to find out what the hold up is and NOT ONE CALL to give me status even though I told them repeatedly to do so and they said "Absolutely we will find out and let you know the problem." NOT ONE CALL. I am beginning to think they lost the watch. At this point I guess I will have to take legal action to get my stolen watch replaced. Jared is the only Tag Heuer authorized dealer in Fort Wayne, so I am contacting Tag Heuer to recommend they find new representation for their high end product that cannot be represented in a manner that it should. No product knowledge by sales staff and very low end store for the product. FYI - Their other brands are Citizen and Bulova, so I think they are in over their heads.

I ordered a family necklace online. It was received with a tag attached to the chain - actually tangled up in the chain causing knots in the chain. the tag read 'made in china'. When I ordered the necklace the item looked great and I had high hopes that it would be exactly what I wanted for my sister for Christmas. When it arrived I questioned if it was even engraved. The letters are not visible by the naked eye. I used a magnifier and still couldn't read the names. I then took a picture with my phone and blew it up to read it. The letters are not lined up on the names and the material looks cheap and chopped up. I did the online chat and they told me to contact the local store. I called the local store - no answer. I did another online chat and after 20 minutes was told that it would take 10-14 days to evaluate my concern. I told them this time delay would cause issues for me as it is a Christmas gift. I was told politely that unfortunately there was nothing else they could do. Very disappointed in the item as well as the customer service at Jared. Will never buy from them online. In another personalized item ordered from a small business - everything was exactly as shown online. Stay small avoid this heartache.

They are Scam. I placed an order and never received it, and tried calling them multiple times to avoid charging my card, but they never answered, and for about a week, they just keep saying we need to create a case. no solution.

I ordered three Pandora bracelets but only received two when the package was delivered. Despite multiple calls to customer service, on my last call, the representative had me on hold for over 40 minutes to inform me that there was no record of my previous calls and they would investigate my concern and I should hear back in 2 weeks. Very poor customer service. I read another review with a similar concern-sounds like this is a routine issue.

I ordered two Pandora charms for my Mother in which a package was delivered however when I opened it the next day there was only one charm. I was furious because not only did they the payment for both items out of my account it after speaking to two different representatives I was first told that they would have to investigate looking at the cameras from the point of origin. So today I spoke to the second representative who tells me it could take from two to three weeks. This is supposed to be a prominent business which I also found out is E-Commerce go figure

I made 5 orders on Jared.com- purchased Pandora jewelry on sale! Was a waste of time! After 3 weeks, got 1 order and 4 orders got cancelled due to unable to full full my orders! Total waste of my time! Don’t shop online, they won’t ship you on time and later they just canceling it! What a joke, click bait online business!

My husband purchased a ring for me a year ago, and used the 12 month, no interest payment plan. He paid with an auto pay each month, ON TIME, according to the statements. He paid the balance according to the statement due date, which was Oct 12, and was very surprised when he received the next statement and was charged almost $500 in interest! Although the statement due date clearly stated to pay by Oct 12, the promotional date was 4 days before that! Very misleading! He called customer service and they did nothing, despite his perfect payment history and being a loyal customer for 17 years!!! Terrible and we will never shop there again.
