I wish I would have found this site before I tried purchasing a bracelet for my sister. I placed my order, and sure enough a message popped up saying the item wasn't availble. It was a pandora bracelet. Checked my bank acct the next day because its over $200 short, and my purchase that wasnt available went through 6 times. I tried calling customer service but its closed. If they no longer have an item why cant they make it unavailable when putting items into the cart? Im never shopping Jareds crappy jewelry again.

I placed an online order. Went completely through the checkout process. I clicked the buy now button only to receive a message that the order didn't go through and to try again. I closed the window, went back to my cart and tried again. It said the same thing. I decided to check my account. When I looked at my checking account Jared had pre authorized the purchase price 9 times. I've since learned they have done it to a lot of people. I contacted my bank and they are investigating. Now I've learned Jared quit selling Pandora jewelry which is what I was trying to buy 4 days ago. None of the orders people are placing are going through but Jared is not running it through just once but multiple times causing people to overdraft their checking accounts. Their response is, "we're sorry, we are trying to fix the situation. The pending authorization will fall off in a few days. You haven't lost your money" then they hang up on you. A Pandora group I am on have 100's of people experiencing the same thing. They are still showing items available for purchase and refuse to remove them from their website. I will be contacting the BBB and an attorney.

i spent over half an hour to place an order because online order doesn't work. after giving my credit card info, i was told items are not available. so why inventory shows available. i was told IT needs to update website. how come their people couldn't even tell at the beginning of the order that they are not available. if i can give less than 1 star, i would. what a waste of time.

Terrible Service. I went online and was offered a $25 off coupon for putting in my number. Didnt have any exclusions on code that was texted to me. I put in code and found that it didn't work on pandora. I tried to place the order and it was giving me issues. Jared put a hold of $344 / 14 different times yes I said 14 transactions. Never got a confirmation code. Everyone beware of their online practice. I called their customer service and they said it would fall off in 7-10 days. I said I had a house payment coming through and their response was.. "Well the holds will fall off in 7-10 days." Seriously how can they Zap your account without a confirmation. Worst company ever. Don't Purchase from JARED! If customer service cant help then what good are they!!!! I know this won't get any response but I feel everyone should know before they purchase from JAREDS!

Terrible experience... I would not recommend purchasing from this establishment. I'm hoping with our review someone will call us. They talked my husband into every upgrade, including donations which he did, just to find out that there wasn't even insurance... and the cleaning kit is not compatible with the stones in the ring. A stone fell out in less than 24 hours and there wasn't even someone that would answer our call and we are not allowed in the store because covid-19... Disappointed that they sold a stone as cloudy as they did for the price they did. They should be be ashamed for this experience. Of course I acted so surprised because he thought he did good, but the store should be shamed for selling a cloudy emerald (3/4) for 3k. Called customer service 6 times and never had the ability to speak with someone that could help as I've spent a total of 3 hours on hold throughout hght the day. I've been on hold for the 6th time for 30 plus minutes. Spoke with the first tier and she tried to dismiss me and indicated there was nothing wrong with the order and I could just return in 30 days but had to schedule an appointment which could take up to 45 days. I asked for management given our receipt says insurance but she said it's not covered.

Ppurchased a Pandora Reflexions bracelet from Jared online .... it is FAKE .... should have been 18k gold over 925 silver ... but the markings are poorly stamped, hard to read, and say "met" (for metal) instead of 925 or 18k .... definitely a ripoff!!!!

I only give one star because I don't have the option to give "0" stars. I used Jared to get my mother a mother's day ring. The ring was beautiful, however, a stone fell out the 2nd month she had it. Well, the ring was only covered under a 30 day warranty, so they will not replace it. A 30 day warranty should have told me in the beginning they don't stand behind their work. Stupid me! I will never purchase from them again. The reason for going with Jared is because I thought they were a reputable jeweler, but I have since learned they are a disappointment.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - I will NEVER use Jared.com again. My experience was like many here. I have spent thousands of dollars in my local Jared store and always felt they were professional and the services was good. This year I ordered a valentines present for my wife - I ordered on the 8th of Feb because the site assured me it would arrive before the 14th. Expected delivery was the 11th. Each day I checked and the site said my order was preparing to be shipped. The 11th came and went and that status never changed. I reached out to Customer Service via Chat and while they were polite and professional they had less information than I did from the site - which was virtually nothing. I was told my case had been forwarded to someone named Joe in their ecommerce group to be investigated but that it would take u to 14 days before I would get an answer. I kept trying to get any information, Valentines Day came and went, the status never changed and then yesterday when I checked I found the order had been cancelled. No explanation, no email proactively informing me. Nothing. Just cancelled. The charge has fallen off my credit card, but I feel I was the victim of a bait and switch scam. Had I known that Jared was going to be completely incapable of filling my order in time I would have shopped elsewhere. Message to Ms. Virginia Drossos - you need to fix this part of your company!!! Your online service is beneath unacceptable! This kind of incompetence might have been ok 20 years ago at the beginning of the dotcom age, but now no major corporation can continue with this abject level of service! - Just look at the reviews on this site alone! - And there are dozens of other sites with hundreds of complaints. A 6 billion dollar corporation can't continue to be this bad. I sincerely hope someone at your company is taking this seriously. Until then you have one fewer loyal customers.
