I took my 53 year old engagement ring in to be repaired. I had lost a prong on the diamond solitaire and was afraid of losing the diamond. I had heard Jared does a nice job. I was floored by the results! I had not seen such shine and sparkle since I became engaged over 50 years ago. My ring is beautiful again! I am now a fan and will be back!

I went to the Southlake Store to buy an engagement ring. Jennifer was awesome in serving me and taking care of my requests in a professional way.

I’ve been a long standing customer of the Virginia Beach Jared Jewelry store but one Saturday morning I decided to visit another jewelry store in the area for a pair of gold hoop earrings. Upon entering that particular store it was noted that it was busy because it was the day before Mother’s Day. I made my way around the entire store and not one sales person acknowledged me, said I’ll be right with you, or anything. After browsing for a while, I decided to leave. No one acknowledged me leaving either. So I went to another store nearby and I received a repeat of the first store. This is when I decided to go to Jared’s. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome to Jared’s greeting by Michelle. I was treated like she was excited that I stopped by. Now I didn’t really need the earrings that I had purchased, I wanted them. I could have just went back home without them and I still would have been ok, but what I knew was I was not going to spend my hard earned money at a place that couldn’t even greet me when I entered the store. Jared’s will definitely be my go to store when I’m shopping for jewelry.

My experience with Jared's was wonderful! From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted and welcomed by my Salesperson Vickie Sellers she listened to what I wanted, which was to add to my wedding ring two enhancers with Sapphires that had the right curves to fit my wedding ring. After not finding anything in the display she pulled out the catalog and showed me what she thought would pair up perfectly. She said she could order it and have it in the store in 4 days, and I would not have to commit to buying anything if they did not work out. Well, the enhancer rings fit perfectly, and I even got a sale discount! I'm very happy with my ring now and even get compliments. I would shop at Jared's again! Please ask for Vickie Sellers you won't be disappointed !
