Absolutely ridiculous markup more than double the cost of the ticket. Never never never use this platform for booking tickets. This is the most disgusting example of ripping people off.

Paid double the price because of their outrageous adminsitration fees. Sure, take your cut, but charging additional $40 for a $50 ticket (that you have to pick up at the station vending machine)… that's just a scam. Plain and simple.

DO NOT USE… we booked a train believing we had purchased bullet train tickets when in fact we hadn’t. The fare was 7800 yen for 4 of us, navi booking fees were 1305 yen.. rookie error and followed by poor customer services.. outrageous admin fees.

Don't use this company. It's a mess. They charge a lot of money for a QR code that doesn't work. It's very confusing and a total ripoff.

Ripped off as ticket was issued by 3rd Party website. Cost Yen 6,000 more and had issues getting the ticket using the QR code.
