On the website I loved reading about the team and their roles. Website in itself is easy to use. It has a nice range of material (only hope the stocks come back quick!). The parcel came to UK within 5 days. The jinbei was packaged beautifully and you can tell the care taken. The card was nice and the little sweet thrown in made it feel like i was ordering from Japan directly and shows my custom is appreciated. I had a really nice experience and recommend this company for your japanese wants.

Just received my order and couldn’t be happier. The quality is even better than the photos! I’m so excited to use my new notebooks and would definitely order again from this company. Initially I was worried as a first time buyer and because the tracking isn’t local in the US updates were few and far between which made me truly believe this was either lost in the process or a scam all together. Then I struggled to contact the company however when I emailed them, I received an email response within 12 hours, updated tracking info that worked through US tracking services, and finally my product arrived the next day. If you have any issues, reach out via email directly, communication was thorough and wonderful. If it takes a while to arrive, blame customs, and if you want high quality products, I definitely recommend this company ♥️
