Poor quality
Product had bad quality and the dimensions of the product were incorrect.

I never received the shipment
I never received the shipment. I had to pay another added shipping fee from Fed ex for my last order and the new one is stuck in Tennessee in some investigation due to calligraphy ink. They think it’s some hazardous materials that I had to Docusign two different ways to verify last week and it’s still there. Now FedEx won’t reply to emails about it. Would love to love the items I bought but they’re on the other side of the United States. #thanks trump

According to the FedEx tracking information, the package was marked as delivered, and a delivery photo was provided showing the parcel at the entrance of a house. Because of this, it’s possible that the package was received at the address or nearby. This purchase is the gift that keeps on…
This purchase is the gift that keeps on giving. First I had to call customs to tell them I did order this. Then they asked me for further information. Now I’m getting a bill from customs. I do not recommend this site if you’re shipping to the US. It’s ridiculous, expect an additional $40 billion after paying shipping

I cannot see any updates of my parcel. I am about to call my bank and dispute this order.

Lack of responsiveness
I emailed the customer service and completed the form online one day later for an import duty issue because there was a mistake in the shipment slip (declared value 10 times higher than actual value, so subject to heavy import duty) and until today, I have not received any reply form the customer service. Reply to your message 22 Dec: it was resolved because I spoke with the custom officer showing the discrepancy between the invoice and your declaration. It would have been easier if you had sent me the revised declaration form in due time.
