Disappointed
No music notation !!! no tabs !! It's too fast with no facility to slow lesson Teachers just drive on do this ! Do this Much too fast very disappointed paid for Year subscription yesterday Will give it one more try today if still Feel the same would like a refund Keith 3636

I have gone ahead and requested our customer service specialist, Deb Cawley, to get in contact with you so you should be hearing from her in a few minutes. Just in case you don't see her mail, I did want to reply to you here as well. We are really sorry that you are not pleased with your experience. I did want to offer you some information which I think would help you out. We do have several teachers to choose from, so if you are not happy with the pace of the instructor you chose, I would be more than happy to help you find one who better suites your learning style and interests. Just write in and let us know what your interests are. [email protected] Guitar tablature and notation can be found on each lesson by clicking the "supplemental" content button below the video. This includes the option to download an image file of the notation, download a Guitar Pro file, or play the tab back in real time using our interactive tab tool. In many situations you will see backing tracks, chord charts and other useful materials in the supplemental content. If you are having problems with a lesson, you can use the A->B loop tool to loop a region of the lesson as many times as necessary, or hop into one of our live chats and ask one of our instructors to help you out. They are on webcam to serve you for 10 hours a day. If you find our product isn't for you, we would be happy to provide you with a refund.
