My experience was great I shop with them for quit some time now however my last package got lost and I emailed them and I got a replacement hassle free without having to call back and forth

First of all, James Oro Eyewear delivered their product to me in a timely mannor. Professionally communicated with me answering all of my questions. The product (shades) are made high quality and have a very cool, classy look on the right face n head. Excellent customer service.
