Once the return was initiated on August 30th we moved quickly to get the replacement out, and despite the Labor Day weekend it was out for delivery by September 9th. Hi Pete! We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we're actively working with you via email to address your concerns. To clarify for everyone: all of our sunglasses come with UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays. This is standard across our entire collection. Regarding polarization, we've acknowledged the confusion in our email as our product pages provide all of the details. Our return process is completely free, the amount you're seeing in the portal is a temporary authorization hold (not a charge) that's released once the return is processed. No additional payments are required for exchanges or returns (for US orders).
